World Food Logistics Organization
Its
purpose is to improve methods of refrigeration and distribution
for better preservation of food and other commodities, develop
and support research in the science of refrigeration, cooperate
with government and private institutions in research activities,
train and educate refrigerated food warehousing and distribution
personnel, and establish a repository of scientific information.
International
Association of Refrigerated Warehouses
Was organized with the goal of advancing the refrigerated
warehouse and distribution business, elevating and improving
industry standards, and promoting a better understanding of
the industry among the general public.
American
Frozen Food Institute
Trade association representing all aspects of the frozen food
industry supply chain, from manufacturers to distributors,
from suppliers to packagers.
National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association, Inc.
Their mission is to promote the sales and consumption of frozen
food through education, training, research, sales planning
and menu development, and provide a forum for industry dialogue.

New York State Food Processors
The principal function of this organization is to be active
in legislative and regulatory affairs in New York State. They
represent various segments of the food industry, are recognized
as the voice of the industry in Albany, and are called upon
regularly for positions on issues common to their membership.
