1983 Charles Pecorella, Matteo Pecorella, John Petronio and Carl Petronio formed Allied Frozen Storage, Inc., a third-party warehousing and logistics company, in Brockport, New York.
1983 Allied Industrial Center (AIC) was constructed at 260 State Street in Brockport, New York.
1986 Brockport Industrial Center (BIC) was constructed at 300 State Street in Brockport, New York.
1989 New Erie Industrial Center (NEIC) was constructed at 2501 Broadway in Cheektowaga, New York; 212,000 sq. ft. cold and dry storage.
1990 New Erie Industrial Center II (NEIC-II) was constructed at 100 Allied Drive in Cheektowaga, New York; 101,307 sq. ft. of cold storage.
1996 AIC expanded its warehouse space for a total of 135,000 sq. ft. of cold and dry storage space.
2001 BIC expanded its warehouse space for a total of 220,500 sq. ft. of cold and dry storage space.
2002 Acquired the Owens-Illinois complex on Owens Road in Brockport. Renovated 600,000 sq. ft. of freezer, cooler and dry storage space, including rail rehabilitation and the addition of CSX Corporation rail services. Complex named Sweden Industrial Center (SIC).
2006 Allied Frozen Storage, Inc. purchased by Drew Blum, former Chief Financial Officer, and the Allied Frozen Storage, Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
2006 Cogeneration plant constructed at Sweden Industrial Center.
2007 Acquired former Genesee Valley Cold Storage, LLC, Mt. Morris, NY, adding 991,747cf of cold storage space, and 30,000 square feet of dry storage space.
2008 Acquired the former Atlas Cold Storage facility in West Seneca,
New York adding 6,090,000 cubic feet of cold storage space.
