James S. Mills Jim is the Director of Engineering & Safety for Allied Frozen Storage, Inc. and is responsible for all of Allied Frozen Storage Inc.'s refrigeration systems, equipment maintenance and facility safety programs. He has over 35 years of experience in the cold storage warehousing industry. Jim is a Certified Mechanical Engineer specializing in ammonia refrigeration systems. His many qualifications include a unique combination of hands-on experience, as well as classroom education in all phases of ammonia refrigeration, Haz-Mat Response, OSHA safety, and material handling repair and maintenance.
