David Budnik David is the Systems Manager for all of Allied's information systems and their associated technologies, hardware & software. He is a graduate of SUNY Delhi College with a degree in Electrical Controls. David has also completed course work in electronics technology, data communications systems, data processing, and electrical circuit analysis.
