Drew Blum Drew is President & Chief Executive Officer for Allied Frozen Storage, Inc. as President & CEO of Allied Frozen Storage, Drew manages all finance, accounting, and real estate functions for the company and indirectly oversees the management of all warehousing operations. Additionally, he is responsible for all facets of Allied’s real estate activities from sales, leasing, acquisitions, site selection, financing, and brokerage. He is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a degree in Business Administration, is a licensed NYS Certified General Appraiser, and holds the MAI real estate appraisal designation and RPA property management designation. With over 25 years of experience in a variety of financial, appraisal, and facilities management positions, he is a member of The Appraisal Institute, The Building Owners & Managers Institute, and numerous civic and community organizations.
